Summary: My family came to Providence to tour colleges. Van was a perfect host and accommodated all of our needs and then some. We will definitely be back should either of our girls come to college here.

Summary: We had a very nice stay for the week. My teen daughter loved her purple room with the reading area. I really appreciated the private outdoor space so I could safely let my dog out without fear of her escaping. While there were a lot of books available to read, it would have been nice to have more options on the tv. I was glad we had brought games with us for the evenings. Van was great at communicating whenever I had a question.

Summary: Very convenient to downtown and in such a nice area. The stay was pleasant, comfortable and the perfect size for 3 adults, a child and a dog. The private backyard was nice to have as well. Van was very responsive and we plan on staying here again when in the area.

Summary: Very friendly and responsive. Was able to help us with tourist attractions and local restaurants. Even allowed us to leave them cash to rent a movie on tv during our rain day! Highly recommended! Would stay again
