Summary: Exceeded my expectations. Carla was a great host. The home was clean, comfortable and a great place to get away from the downtown craziness of game day. It also has a large family room where you don't feel like you're sitting on top of each other. Kitchen had everything we needed. Very comfortable place to stay, highly recommend !

Summary: We were a group of three couples who traveled up from Florida to catch a Georgia Bulldogs Football game and we couldn’t have been more pleased with this property. It was out of the way, yet conveniently located to everything that we needed access to. The owner was great about communicating with us and the home itself was cute, clean, and comfortable. I would definitely stay at this property again and recommend it to friends.

Summary: We were in Athens to celebrate my daughter's graduation from the UGA graduate school. Carla's place met ALL our needs and expectations! Anything you could want for a relaxing stay was available. The yard is beautiful. The beds are comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if in Athens and highly recommend this property. It is not in downtown Athens but very close, and the neighborhood is quiet and attractive. We only had about a 15 minute drive to campus for the graduation ceremony.
