Positive: It was close to town and a very cool walking trail.
Negative: The futon couch in the front room is very small, only big enough for a child. I'm 5'3", and my feer hung off the end. The beds were not queen size but double. The beds were comfy, though, but not big enough for two adults.

Negative: Shower could have been cleaner. There were a couple of broken chairs and the smoke detector wasn't hooked up or installed.

Positive: Great Location. Very relaxing outside. Shady under the trees out back. Nice place. Clean inside. AC works great!! I would stay again if a few things were changed/fixed. Almost too close to neighbor on left..
Negative: Dude..get a real coffee maker, they are only 10 bucks!. 2 out of 3 tv didn't work. Mattresses are terrible. Gas grill tank had leak so had to buy new tank..$30 then had to replace a hose to use it. Grill was disgustingly dirty.. Outside needs curb appeal. Do some yard work, put some flowers in the flower pots. No cushions for any outside seating. AND WHY WOULD YOU HAVE 2 CHAIRS IN LIVINGROOM STRICTLY FOR LOOKS WHEN YOU RENT TO FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN!!

Positive: It's close to everything, it was really nice to have a washer & dryer!! It was nice to have a fridge & stove!! Fully stocked with towels which was amazing!! Lake Access is nice!! Also I loved the little mini pantry!! We loved the view & having access to the water!!
Negative: The grass was unkept & so long, it made it difficult to walk from the house to the fire pit & water. One of the kayaks was broken & constantly taking in water so we weren't able to use it. There were expectations of us having everything clean before we left but no products were supplied. The grill we expected to be able to use had no propane. We had a question that I emailed the 1st day we were there & never got a response.
