Summary: My stay at the East Valley Guest House was enjoyable except for the washroom situation. It was advertised as having 2 bathrooms, and when we arrivied our host said it had only had one and the second one was in the basement and he didn't recommend using it.I was travelling with a friend and we preferred having our own washroom and only looked at accomodations that had 2. I feel that this house should be listed as having only 1 bathroom. The house and interior are dated and "vintage" but are clean and usable. .

Summary: Property was great for our family! House has a keyless entry, which is very handy. The property is fenced, so had no worries with the little ones. There was a playground not far away! The fire pit was a nice way to wind down at days end. The house had everything we needed! Two bedrooms, and one was large enough to have a queen and double bed in it. Our preteens slept on the hideaway in the living room. Everyone was comfortable!

Summary: After a long day of travelling, we were happy to be welcomed to this quaint, clean, and perfect home base. Just outside of Drumheller, this home was just what we needed after a day spent hiking the Hoodoos, exploring the Royal Tyrell Museum, and playing in the splash pad at the world's largest dinosaur. Although furniture and decor is dated, it does not take away from the comfy feeling of home. The beds and furniture were comfortable and a full kitchen allowed us to make a few meals of our own. It was a perfect location to get away from the tourists and have some family time. The owners communicated efficiently and timely, always ready to answer our questions.

Summary: Home is dated but seems clean. It is located 21 km east of Drumheller. Beds were comfy, plenty of kitchen counter space. 4 adults had showers and did not run out of hot water. We had a very pleasant stay.

Summary: This property was perfect for myself & my 2 grandchildren ages 5 & 7. The fenced yard was a great area for them to play. They liked each having their own bed but in the same room with the curtain between them. We had everything we needed in the kitchen for preparing some of our meals. We met our host who told us about Barney’s Amusement Park which the kids loved. They loved exploring the little town of East Coulee as well - the schoolhouse museum & play park were great as well! It’s just a short drive to Drumheller & the attractions there! It was a great 2 nights & 3 days!

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at East Coulee guest house. We had everything we needed and all the space we needed to enjoy ourselves. This is a mixture of work and holiday and we were able to balance that perfectly. The local folks are extra welcoming and friendly, the sunsets are spectacular, and the nights are peaceful and relaxing. We hope to go back!
