Positive: The property looks new and neat. It is in a quiet and peaceful suburb.
Negative: The allocated property was smaller than we originally booked, and location was changed and we had to travel longer distances to our destination which make in inconvenient. Rooms are small, and kitchen crockery are not provided which makes difficult for takeouts and home cooking. So kitchen was not used at all.
Summary: Actual location of property was changed at the last minute. Payment method is very inconvenient for a foreigner. Althoug

Positive: Good location, the room is brand new and very clean The sofa is big and comfortable. The landlord is a beautiful woman, very patient, and has helped me a lot. I haven't returned to Shanghai for 6 years, familiar and beautiful. I will stay here again next time I come back.

Positive: Very good accommodation. Our family came to Shanghai, and both the elderly and children lived very comfortably. Shanghainese are very kind and helpful. The restaurant downstairs is delicious, the massage parlor is also very good, and shopping is convenient. It's better to make the payment in advance. We were initially confused when we were told to do so, but we still made the payment. I was very satisfied after arriving, just like in the photo, very surprised. Trust the landlord, very friendly.
