Positive: Beautiful location in North Conway. The accommodations were amazing. Clean - bright - kitchen area. Very spacious. We enjoyed it so much we are going to purchase a time share However. We had a family emergency and had to depart late in the afternoon. I am very disappointed we were not perhaps offered a discount on a future stay. I acknowledge it was an emergency - however $350 a night thought we might have been respected a bit more

Negative: Bed. They definitely could up grade their sleeping space. New bed needed.

Negative: We have been going here for 20 years. Place needs improvement! Found Hair in bed! Air conditioner functions as heater too very loud , blower! Snowed and nothing was shoveled not even front entrance!
