Summary: Beautiful and big hotel. Breakfast is very good. Staff and crews are very kind. Way to access the grab and it’s very cheap. Near to everywhere we wanna go.

Summary: Honestly this place is a poor choice for hotel with a huge eheck in fee in an area where this is very little shops so beware that the reception is not that helpful honestly I won't be back here again

Summary: The hotel staff makes you feel welcome and takes care of your every convenience. This was my 3rd reservation with Eastin and hope to visit again. The private cigar lounge is a rare addition to the already great location.

Summary: The room is cosy n clean upon entry. Noticed that there was no hand towel, water temp was not consistent hence difficult to bathe properly esp when there is kid, found stuff left by prev customers under the bed which was not cleared. Parking was not free, need to pay a charge of MYR3. Was also informed to pay MYR10 upon check-in for malaysia tax.

Summary: Overall enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Comfortable room, breakfast buffet had good selection meals, loved the Raya theme decoration perfect for photos, pleasant staff and especially love the lounge where we had drinks with the relaxing ambience of water fountain. I would love to come back again for another staycation.
