Everything about the house and decor was beautiful and functional. Had such a relaxing time. This house is an absolute credit to the owners.

The garden fantastic and we were able to enjoy berries and fresh vegetables every day. Peaceful, relaxing, highly recommended.

Ideal for a family of four to six, it is not well suited for larger groups outside Summer as there is only one indoor living area (2nd area is set up with beds, a third area is locked to visitors). The hot water system also struggled for our two adults and two teenagers. And no wi-fi although this was being resolved at time of stay. This property is overpriced for the peak night but better value at the lower rate we paid for all but one night, we would recommend only at the off-peak rate as other than in Summer it is suitable for one family per stay.

Summary: Really loved this house and the location was awesome. The only things that we found surprising was that some of the standard small item amenities were not available, such as salt and pepper etc. But all things that you can get over and purchase relatively easily just something to be aware of. We also agree with other reviews as to the BBQ is inadequately sized for the size of the property. It would be extremely difficult to have a full house and use the BBQ. That aside we loved it and felt like we had had a month off not a week. Thanks for having such a great property available.

Summary: Beautiful home with the summer vibes you would love to find and enjoy on holiday in a rental property. Bay Haven is well lit with natural light, well decorated with comfortable beds and beautiful gardens. Enjoyed our stay and the house had everything we needed for our summer vibes from the welcome breakfast hamper to the fresh fruits and veggies. The owner was kind enough to allow us to enjoy her fresh produce😊. A few meters walk to the lake from the backyard gate. Enjoyed our morning and evening walk along the lake. Can't recommend this place enough, we'll be back!

Reviewer Comments: We stayed 13 nights over Christmas and had a wonderful stay .The property has the most amazing garden filled with gorgeous flowers , fruit and vegetables .We enjoyed the fresh salad vegetables and strawberries every day.Beautifully maintained property with air conditioning and fans for the hot days .The kitchen was well appointed with everything you needed. The only negative was the BBQ was very small for 8 people.The photos were accurate and didn’t do the property justice. The description re the layout , location and amenities was as described.The dogs loved the back yard and doggy door.Great location with a short walk to the lake . Fabulous Coffee van opposite the caravan park open from 8-12 with excellent service and great coffee to finish the morning walk.It’s a truly fabulous house and location – I cannot recommend it highly enough.Easy Check in and key collection.

Easily accessible to the lake and walking paths, plus lovely green, lush area with lots of bird life. We hired bikes to visit Silt Jetties, Raymond Island and Paynesville township. Good meals at the pub on Sunday night.
