Summary: We rented this home for relatives coming in for our daughters wedding. Check in was simple and it was located in the perfect spot near everything but yet such a quiet place.

Summary: Underbeds dirty. Really i was pleasantly surprised. No internet access. Faucet in front bath on left didnt work. Still emjoyed our stay.

Summary: Overall the condo was nice and homey feeling until we realized the back door was unlocked and there was another building on the property located off the back porch area that someone was living in with several cats that had a pet door to go in and out as they pleased. The cats did not bother us but if you have a cat allergy I would not recommend staying here. It gave the feeling of having no privacy while on the back porch area. The front porch area has a very strong cat urine odor. There was also a load of mens clothing in the dryer and sheets in the washer. The first night there the neighbors had loud music playing at 2 am. Our second day staying there police were knocking on neighbors doors as we were leaving to attend a graduation ceremony. The condo inside was clean for the most part other then it appeared it hadn't been dusted in a while and there were several stains on the area rug in the living room. Everythig else seemed to be cleaned very well.

Summary: The house was well described in the listing - loved all the Pioneer Woman kitchen items! We did see a few neighborhood cats as we came and went but there was no smell (as mentioned in other reviews) or problems with them. The host was extremely responsive when we were unable to find the TV remote control and very gracious. Unfortunately our trip got cut short but we would definitely stay here again when visiting the area in the future.

Summary: Listing did not disappoint. Very cozy and clean. Quiet neighborhood. There is another property in backyard but no issues with tenant.

Summary: Very nice stay with all the amenities. The house is well decorated, really clean and comfortable. We would stay again and would definitely recommend it.

Summary: Property was just as the listing described! It’s close to downtown and the wedding events we were attending! Kitchen is well equipped but no dishwasher. Beds were comfortable and showers worked fine. Master bath sink needs a repair on one side but towels were nice and plentiful. Good we had a group as I wasn’t sure of the neighborhood but all seemed quiet and several Rentals nearby! I would definitely rent again for a family group! Cats were NOT a problem at all but greeted us outside!

Summary: Within 15 minutes to all the attractions in Huntsville. Very clean, very comfortable and all the amenities of home. This 3 bed/2 bath with laundry, is a comfortable, quite place to stay with family or friends.

Summary: My stay was very enjoyable. We were in town to bring my nephew to school. Alabama A&M. This property is right by the expressway & near the University. Our host was very pleasant & our stay was Comfotable & Cozy.
