Everything about this property is grand and central! Common areas are spacious and comfortable with high ceilings and meandering corridors to explore. There is nearly 10,000 square feet of beautiful living space to gather your family and friends for group activities plus more options for play time with an indoor basketball court, game room, and toy loft. The layout is also conducive for guests to enjoy quiet in their own space, making it perfect for groups with different ages and sleep schedules.
We are centrally located to enjoy all of the incredible recreation and entertainment options that Northern Utah has to offer. Grand Central Estate is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with easy access to the freeway, making downtown Salt Lake only a 15 minute drive away. We are only 25 minutes from Snow Basin, 40 to Powder Mountain, and 1 hour to Park City and all of the Salt Lake City ski resorts all of which have plenty of summer and winter recreation to offer. Weber Canyon and Davis County parks tout hiking trails, playgrounds, and pickle ball courts galore. Shopping for everything is only minutes away as are lots of quality dining options.
Cozy winter amenities include garage parking (one EV charger) with remote for 3 vehicles, four natural gas fireplaces, fire pit with roasting sticks, and plenty of space to store your skis and gear. As a Snow Basin ski instructor I'm happy to answer any questions about the resort as well.
With a well-appointed kitchen, awesome at-home entertainment, activities abounding, and the location being so central to everything, we are sure this will be your easiest and most memorable vacation.
Please inquire about adding extra guests if needed. There is a bed for 10 people but we have two queen air mattresses.

Summary: This is a great space if you need to house a group of people - the house is incredibly large with many different seating areas and activities. PROS: We LOVE the basketball court, and was one of the selling points for us in this house, and it did not disappoint! Be aware there are no power outlets in there, so if you want music or anything like that while you are playing you will need to bring rechargeable items. We loved the tables throughout the house, and the hosts list of additional items that could be provided was very helpful, as it lessened what we had to bring with us. The bedrooms were spacious and nice. There was great parking with lots of room for various vehicles. CHALLENGES: -The kitchen was incredibly small for the size of the home which made it challenging for entertaining and cooking. The host did provided many appliances that were requested. -If you are visiting in the heat of summer, know that the upstairs porch is mostly unusable while the sun is out as it get very hot, with no cover. -There are many nice but breakable decor and personal items throughout the home, so if you are staying here with kids, I would do a sweep of breakables and reachable items as the protect the items in the home. Otherwise this house was a fantastic place to host people, and the host was lovely and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Summary: Jacey was an amazing host and the property was exactly what we needed. We stayed here with our entire Cheer team during a private Cheer Camp. When we needed more seating, she came right over and got us more tables. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place, and we hope to come back! You will not be disappointed in Jacey’s home.

Summary: We brought up a handful of wrestlers, parents and coaches from our CA wrestling club to compete at the Western Regional tournament. For our travel tournaments we usually check into a hotel, but this time we wanted to try a house, so all the kids could be together. The idea was to have one home for all the kids to be able to have fun and bond during their downtime of wrestling, and this home did not disappoint. The kids spent their mornings/afternoons wrestling hard and cheering each other on and then we’re able to come back to the house and jump on the trampoline, team up for a game of basketball or go head to head on the foosball table while the coaches and parents BBQ’d and enjoyed a gorgeous sunset. We couldn’t have asked for a better home to make memories with the team. We will definitely book again for the next tournament in Farmington.

Summary: We went there to get everyone together with multiple age ranges. There were constant games of basketball, volleyball, even tennis and air hockey. Lower level was for kids and main floor was more for adults and a little quieter. Was a little harder with toddlers and all the stairs but overall a greatplace.
