Sea N Stars is comprised of two structures, a Day House and a Night House, connected through screened outdoor spaces, with multiple sliding doors bringing the feel of the outdoors inside. Three bedrooms (2Q and 1K) and a loft with two twin beds and two trundle beds sleep 6 adults and 4 children comfortably along with three full baths.

This contemporary designed home is hammocked in lush green tropical foliage and affords privacy in a relaxed and peaceful setting. The home is an easy 1-minute walk down a sandy path to the white sand gulf beach. Or hop in your golf cart and drive 2 minutes to the beautiful resort pools, playground, tennis court and kayaks that are included with your rental. The lower level has a spacious and private outdoor shower for rinsing off after your day at the beach and a nice grilling area.
The upper level living areas are fully surrounded by screened decks. Enjoy a private lunch or take a nap in one of the chaises with just the sound of birds and surf to keep you company. Step inside to enjoy the open floor plan of the Day House and incredible height of the living space with the overlooking entertainment loft. The well-equipped kitchen has been fully renovated and features granite counter tops, 2 sinks and a bar that seats 3. The dining room table easily seats 6. The kitchen and dining area flows into the great room with plenty of comfortable seating and a 55inch flat screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach. There is also a full bathroom along with a full size washer and dryer in the Day House.
Your children will never want to leave the Entertainment Loft, which is accessed via a spiral staircase from the great room. Read a book or text friends from the window seats; start a game of Monopoly or one of the many other games provided at the home. This room also features a flat screen TV, Wii game console, DVD player, and a nice desk/work area for a quick check in to the office through the free Wi-Fi.
Don’t miss out on the best part of the day and the incredible panoramic island views from Sea N Stars crow’s nest. Take the outdoor spiral staircase up one more level to enjoy your bird’s eye view of the Island where you can sit and enjoy a glass of wine while watching amazing sunsets on the beach right in front of your home.
Sea N Stars Night House features three bedrooms and a loft designed with tweens and teens in mind. The master suite features a queen size bed and an ensuite full bath showcasing a very unique contemporary open shower. The master also has a beautiful built in wardrobe and a nice chair for reading. Bedroom two features a king size bed and bedroom three features a queen size bed with a spacious full bath separating the two. Designed for older children, the sleeping loft offers a cozy, nautical inspired space for late night chats and sleeping in till noon. Scale the vertical ladder up the wall to the teen loft and sail away to sweet dreams in the two twin beds patterned after boats. There are also two twin trundle beds in the loft. Please note this area is not suitable for children under 5 or adults.
Sea N Stars comes with a golf cart, covered parking and outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, coolers and toys. Also available, at no additional charge to your rental, is a North Captiva Island Club membership. The Club features two restaurants, two pools, hot tub, basketball court, tennis courts, playground, and kayaks for your use. For an additional fee, a slip may be rented from us at the new North Captiva Marina.
You have to take a ferry to the Island (no cars). Secure overnight parking is available at the ferry. The ferry and parking fees are not included in the rental.
The caretakers will meet you at the dock, provide you with keys and drive you to the home while the Island Club ferry service transports your luggage and groceries to the home. There is not a grocery store on the Island - you will get your groceries on the mainland before going over on the ferry. We help you understand & plan for your week in paradise!
About North Captiva:
North Captiva is an un-bridged Island 7 miles off the coast of Ft. Myers in Southwest Florida. Fly into the Ft Myers Airport “RSW.” The Island can only be accessed by boat or small private plane with privileges at the airstrip. No gas vehicles are allowed, as the only mode of transportation on the island is by golf cart, bike or foot. This Island is not connected to Captiva and Sanibel.
The island is populated by private homes, and the remaining 2/3 of the Island is undeveloped state land great for hiking, discovering sand dollars or sun bathing on a deserted pristine piece of sand.
