Summary: Unfortunately, I encountered typhoon T10 on my first night in Hong Kong. My room had water leaking from the window. I called reception to report the leaking and quickly the service manager switched me to another room. I was happy with the service they offered and later surprised me with a fruit basket and an apology card. It was very thoughtful on their end. The location is very good as it's close to everything. From many restaurants to the MTR (subway). The safari theme of the hotel is quite fun. The gym on the top floor is quite nice. Equipments are good. Staff is friendly.

Summary: 1st night stay was not good as there are some faults in the room. Next day the manager change the room and was happy with it

Summary: Great trendy location in Central Kowloon. Really nice bar with full food menu (Terrible Baby), a fitness centre, swimming pool and food court in the lower levels. Rooms are very stylish. Staff friendly and efficient. Excellent place for a few nights in Hong Kong!

Summary: 7 minutes walk from Jordan subway station. Recently renovated so the room is very new. There are about 20 food stalls in B1 level and a full service restaurant in B2 level. Lots of food and shopping options in the area. The glass elevator offers a nice view.
