Summary: Lovely Property. Spacious, tidy and wonderfully laid out. No Wifi is abit of a Con and due to perhaps the roofing, mobile internet reception is poor. Otherwise a beautiful home and property for a get away.

Summary: House was a fantastic size and had more positives than negatives. I don’t think luxury should be in the heading though! It was very clean which we really appreciated. Beds do not have bed heads any more just mattresses on bases and flimsy Kmart bed side tables but the sheets were lovely and soft. Photos on the site must be from many years ago as the tropical plants around the deck are now huge. We really loved the tropical outside deck area and the new lounges but some decent chairs for the table outside would be good not the little stools - they were so uncomfortable to sit on for meals. Table inside only seats 6 people. We appreciated the lovely welcome gift of snacks.a a nice touch! The kitchen was pretty good for cooking for such a lot of people but didn’t have one large spoon to dish up meals or a big pasta pot. Salad servers were damaged/ melted.2nd fridge in laundry works but is not cold enough so we didn’t use it. The main fridge is a good size and works well after we adjusted the temps and we took a camping fridge for our drinks luckily. A screen sliding door on the back glass door is really really needed so you can leave door open at night for some fresh air as there are no ceiling fans or air con, only noisey pedalstool fans. Also a remote for the garage on the key ring would have been handy. No wifi internet is difficult for a 7 night stay. We could not get any service for our phones both Telstra and Optus. Maybe they could consider purchasing ADSL for the property. Erowal Bay is lovely and quiet and we enjoyed our walks down to the jetty for beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Woolies and cafes are only a short drive away. Overall good stay over Xmas for our family from Gippsland Victoria to meet with up with the grandparents from Sydney and to explore this beautiful area.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The House was spectacular and the cleanliness was to a high standard. Similarly, the beds were comfortable and the sheets soft to the touch. Overall our stay was great! Although no wifi is mention, Please note that the area has poor reception. This was confirmed on Optus, Telstra, and Vodafone networks. Any entertainment for the kids or family should be downloaded prior. Overall it was still an amazing getaway

Summary: House was as pictured in Stayz. Beautiful big home with plenty of room for 8 adults & 2 little toddlers. Would love to return. Weather was continual heavy rain periods for our stay. When we had short dry spells managed to get out & about local area.

Summary: Exactly as pictured and described. Beautiful property, plenty of space for the entire family and the kids.. Could use some screen doors though as with no air con we needed to leave the doors open for air which meant flies & mosquitoes got inside... we would definately book again, but would like to see a screen door on the back sliding door and the front door. Also the second fridge in laundry does not work at all... The kitchen fridge is quite small so the laundry one was definitely needed for our party of 10 - but it does not work at all. Overall - very happy and yes we would love to stay again!

Summary: Ecco retreat was a beautiful house, plenty big enough for all 8 of us (extended family visiting from UK and USA. Great location for all the local beaches. Would definitely recommend the property. Wifi would have been appreciated but it worked in our favour as the kids played games with us every evening.
