Summary: Although the Echo Suites website says that the properties accept cash to pay for the room, the person who answered the phone says that they cannot accept cash. I never give my personal banking or credit card to any hotel or other retail establishment, and neither should anyone else.

Summary: No deposit for incidentals required, so check-in and check-out are a breeze. Very clean rooms. Bring your own cups, dishes, coffee, etc. Coffee maker is available for purchase.

Summary: The positives: brand new, very clean, inexpensive, full kitchen, and secure. Why I won’t stay here again: a lot of road noise so close to the turnpike, only a simple chair next to the bed and desk chair so no place really to sit and watch TV, Direct TV service was hit or miss, lobby doors do not slide open so difficult to navigate if your hands are full, no expected hotel amenities like coffee maker or hair dryer, no breakfast, no carpet in the rooms so upstairs neighbors were very noisy walking around and scooting chairs, thermostat in the room is confusing, rooms are sparse and bare. The Hampton Inn and Towneplace Suites down the road also have full kitchens and a far nicer places to stay.

Summary: Room was nice. Service was great. Room jus had a few spots that werent wiped clean. Staff was very friendly and took care of issue. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Summary: Stay was great however the only elevator was out of service the day we checked out. We had to carry EVERYTHING down three flights of stairs. Thankfully the hotel extended our checkout time 2 hours. I was able to get my friends & granddaughter loaded and on their way home. I was able to cool off and then get myself loaded. Then I was able to get ready for work. I’m a flight attendant and was starting a trip that afternoon. It all worked out.

Summary: New hotel, clean. Didn’t like how there is no receptionist at night. But I love the kitchenette & how updated it was. It was a great place for our weekend getaway.

Summary: The refrigerator was broken when I arrived. Manager sent someone to fix it after a few days, but it never worked. It was noisy with construction on the early morning hours.
