Positive: What a wonderful place to stay. Clean, comfortable and well equipped. Staff are so lovely. Having a free guest laundry is a huge bonus. Great location, easy to get to and from. Highly recommend.

Comfortable beds, overhead reading down lights, tea, coffee, milk, delicious biscuits, well appointed rooms, generous supply of cutlery, crockery, glasses , microwave and toaster and outdoor table and chairs. Very happy with this little gem
