Bedding Configuration:

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Summary: My husband and I along with our daughter and her husband were in Bend for a wedding. This adorable house was a perfect accommodation for us. Close to everything for the weekends event. Very comfortable beds. Kitchen with everything you could need. Comfy living room with plenty of comfy seating. One level living for my bad knees. Even friendly neighbors who gave us a great suggestion for where to watch the fireworks on the 4 th of July. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a enjoyable stay in Bend . Make sure to visit the “last Blockbuster Video Store” still in operation. Tubing down the Duechutes River was awesome too!
