Summary: The house is very eclectic. Every room had a different vibe to it. The hot tub was amazing. We enjoyed our time there very much, it was very relaxing.

Summary: The promise of electric bikes in the description was false, which was a pretty significant letdown. Maybe they'll be available for you when you go to rent. One of the three bathrooms is only "closed" with a bead curtain, which the toilet directly faces - this made everyone in my party too uncomfortable to use, so it was effectively a two-bathroom house for us. The kitchen doesn't have a toaster, which is fine if you know that going in, but we hadn't noticed the lack of toaster on the description. The house was ordained with strong fragrances (potpourri style) which we had to move out of the way because of fragrance sensitivites. These are all of our complaints - everything else was really quite nice! We greatly enjoyed the hot tub and the pool table most of all. We'd stay again, although we'd ask for the listing to be updated for accuracy regarding the electric bike issue - again, this was a big disappointment for us to not realize they wouldn't actually be available until after we arrived.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at the Red Geranium. The antique house had a great layout, with unique furnishings and decorations. The yard is spacious and largely private. We had easy access to the artsy town of Troy, hiking, swimming and the Clark Institute in Williamstown, MA. Although the bikes were not available for our use, we were able to enjoy the jacuzzi and pool table, and might have tried the sauna if it hadn't been 95 degrees outside! The property managers were friendly and responsive.
