Positive: The location is really in the middle of nowhere, but that's exactly what we expected from a wildlife sanctuary. Calm and quiet, clean skies, close to nature. We had an English-speaking guide in the morning who showed us the bears and shared with us about the history of the refuge, thank you Miss! Nearby there's an abandoned castle which we liked a lot. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, keep up the great work there!
Negative: The plastic cover was covered in sand, we couldn't see through it, like it was on the pictures. The door didn't have a moskito net, that would've been quite useful.
Summary: A wonderful experience!

Positive: the place is amazing and exactly what we were looking for. it is in the middle of nowhere (be careful, UCom does not have Network there and inexperienced drivers with a normal car might break stuff) and absolutely worth the effort getting there. the staff is providing an important role to bears in Armenia and you quite literally "sleep with bears". don't be afraid the biggest of their dogs is a literal bear but only wants cuddles.
Negative: there is only one network operator available and it is necessary to call the staff in order to open the gate - or you have a small hike up 10min.

Positive: We loved the place, literally in the middle of nothing. Total peace and silence. The position is amazing in the nature and staff lovely!
Negative: We had difficulties in finding the place. We had a gps but still had problems because there are no signs or directions and there is a gate at the beginning of the road to the tents. I suggest to put some sort of directions so that people can find it easily.
