Negative: Rooms (not bungalows) are close to a busy road, so some traffic noise at night — though they have air conditioning. Dinner portions could be larger.

Positive: I had an incredible time at Eco Palms House - Sapa retreat. The view from our bungalow was incredible, it felt like a postcard. The pool was a delightful relief from the heat and the breakfast/ lunch and dinner menus had a wide variety that kept us full. I cannot recommend this property enough, especially considering how attentive and considerate the staff are - including the pets.

Positive: Everything was perfect. The stay at this hotel was just like a dream. The location and the views are just unbelievable. The food at the restaurant were delicious but the staff is the best without a doubt. Nam at the reception is simply amazing with great vibes and mama Sue for the tour through the village is the best. I can only recommend a thousand times this places. Thank you!

Positive: What a magical and beautiful place. We stayed in December so it was cold and misty in sapa. The accommodation provided a heater and electric blanket which was great. The locations is not in the main area of sapa but it’s very easy to get a grab. Only about a 15min drive. They also can organise taxi services too and from the accommodation on request. We stayed in the bungalow with rice Terrance views. It was comfortable and clean. The staff on site were accommodating, warm and welcoming. Wifi was good. We had dinner at the restaurant and really enjoyed it. We would definitely recommend to stay here.

Positive: The hut we stayed in was beautifully decorated and build in the local building style. We loved the bath with the view over the rice fields. The food was amazing and the staff friendly. Definitely recommend staying here! If you would like a nice local experience; just walk up the road a few honderd meters and there will be local ladies sitting on a wall keen to show you their local village and walk you to Lao Chai and even make a lap. You just need to buy some of there handicrafts afterwards as a thank you. It was one of the highlights of our trip.
Negative: Just be aware it’s a bit out of town (not walking distance to Sapa Village). It’s walking distance to restaurants (we liked Hien restaurant) and Lao Chai village. If you look for a bit more local & rural experience than this is the place.
