Summary: All good with hotel and staff. The people above us scraped and stomped several hours both nights. That was annoying and like….why and what were they doing? All else was wonderful. We will come again!

Summary: The friendliest helpful staff*from housekeeping, desk, manager. Great price*clean*met all needs*very helpful in giving us directions to sightseeing*restraurants.The only thing I recommend is new harder mattresses.

Summary: A month 1/2 before our stay I had called the hotel asking if we could upgrade our room. It was OSU graduation weekend, so the town was booked solid. However, I received a call about 3 weeks before our trip and they found an upgrade room for us. Made the stay much more comfortable. That was some excellent customer service.
