Summary: After checking in, was sent to a room with the door ajar. After peeking in, was obvious that I had been sent to a room not yet cleaned. I notified the clerk and he reassigned me to another room with no problem; however, the new room had no towels at all, no remote for the television, and hardly any toilet paper. I would say this is the standard “get what you pay for” situation when it comes to hotels, but since this was Memorial Day Weekend, I got charged basically double rate for this substandard stay.

Summary: The front part of the motel was occupied by the manager and families no access was available for guest. Language barriers were somewhat issues.

Summary: No working tv. No cable box,no remote nothing. Only had 1 towel. Had to go to office to to get towels and washcloths. Bed was horrible. Mattress was so bad its been 3 days and my back is still hurting. No breakfast in morning. Not even coffee available.

Summary: Requested particular room type on reservation. Not available when we got there. Neighbor slammed door late and early shaking our room. Sink leaked into bucket on floor. Bathtub leaked all over floor. Coffee pot, no coffee or supplies. No drinking cups available. Didn't come in with high expectations, didn't get basics . Left after 1 night. No refund available.

Summary: I was disappointed from the begging. The host told me to stand at the window instead of inviting me into the lobby. Next, the door handle was broken and that was a delay to get someone to teach me to open the broken door. Btw, if the handle broken then who would feel safe. Inside the room is in need of several repairs. The ceiling is peeling and falling, the tile is broken and missing pieces. The switch to the bathroom light and fan is broken and won't turn off so it ran constantly. Very noisy even with the door closed. I rarely leave poor reviews but the broken door handle and broken light switch are both safety issues. Watch YouTube videos to learn how to make these simple repairs. Better luck in the future...!!
