Summary: Pretty bare bones room, no blanket, nor shampoo, lotion. 1 bar of soap, no coffee maker in room. no decaf coffee in lobby.

Summary: Rooms could definitely have been cleaner, tops of tables & dressers were dusty and not wiped down. Carpet in hallways are filthy. But the worst part of this hotel is the overwhelming smell of stale cigerette smoke/weed/mustiness. We had 2 rooms, one smelled better than the other but still had to go out and buy air freshners and crack the windows. Extra roll of toilet paper in one of our rooms looked like it had been dropped in toilet or sink and then left to dry. It was discolored and shriveled, that immediately went into the garbage.

Summary: I chose this hotel last minute due to a death in the family but it had a good rating and I trusted the brand. My room was extremely dusty. There were stains on the lampshade and red splatters on the wall. (I did take pics) The temp outside when I arrived was below 30° yet the heater to the room wasnt even turned on. The windchill temp that night got down to 4°. There wasn't a blanket on the bed or in a drawer. The bed only had sheets and a sheet-thin green fabric top. The tub was so grimy that I had to buy gloves and disinfectant to clean it. The bathroom door did not close completely. The traffic in the hallway was average but at night, people would stand in the hallway and have very loud conversations, sometimes at 4am. They were so loud that it must have been heard at the desk which wasn't that far away. Yet nothing was done. Obviously, you cant smoke in the hotel but some guests thought it was appropriate to smoke right at the entrance. Staff did nothing to get them to move. They have full view of the entrance and those going in and out, so this made no sense to me. One time when I was leaving for the funeral and went outside, I had to use my inhaler and the people smoking finally moved away from the door. I parked in one of the few spots closest to the hallway to my room that had less snow and ice because the closest handicapped spot to it was taken. The hotel is close to the airport and essential shopping. However, I would not choose to stay here again.

Summary: Outside doors don’t lock so anybody can walk in. Room 112 door’s dead bolt doesn’t work correctly. Very annoying that they have a possible $500 charge after you check out if the room is left too dirty. Take a video before and after or stay.

Summary: We stayed in this hotel for a second year. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was excellent for commuting to our business event.

Summary: Physically its heyday was a while back, but the price and proximity to MBS make it a good choice. The staff, especially the man whom I took to be the manager, was very friendly and helpful.
