Summary: Room was clean but run down. Bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. The room temperature was stuck at 61 degrees - on a very cold January night. The gentleman at the desk said the temperature was controlled with a handheld remote and tried to explain it. But it was confusing and I didn’t get it. To me adjusting the temperature should be fast and easy and not some weird procedure. So I froze all night

Summary: Checked in at 4p, and the room we were given had not been serviced. Went back to desk, and was given another room right away. Other than the tv remote not working, the room was very clean. The staff was nice and, it did seem like part of the hotel was being renovated. Pros: AC is ice cold, and the refrigerator kept drinks super cold as well.

Summary: Went to the poconos for a firework demo event. I knew i wouldnt be in the room much so i looked for a good price and good location to what i was doing. This room fit exactly what i needed. It was basic but clean with a much better price than other places in the area. If your looking for a place to sleep and get a shower this is a good place. Management was freindly and room was quiet.
