Summary: Towels were dirty and they never brought clean towels to my room, I had to drop them off in the front office and ask for clean towels. The bed had something under the the first sheet that felt like little branches. Overall the place needs to be cleaned. One of the worst stays I have ever had.

Summary: The staff here was very nice, the lady at the front desk made me feel welcomed and safe. Although the room was gross, it felt dirty. The walls were dirty, bathroom hadn’t been scrubbed down, there was something leaking from the fridge, bed wasn’t very comfortable, my safety door lock was broken. Won’t be staying at this location again, but like I said staff was friendly.

Summary: room was noisy: both sounds from surrounding bathrooms and other rooms. No amenities in room (like a cub or 2). Checkin attendant was not at desk when I arrived - on probably a personal call in back. When he finally came to desk he then talked to maid in Spanish rather than me. Did not tell me about wifi or give me a parking lot form.
