Summary: Room was an amazing deal

Summary: Towels were old and some stained. Bedspreads were old. When we turned on the heat the fire defectors went off and there was a gassy type smell. Floors in bathroom dirty and the drain in the tub did not drain.

Summary: Two nights were charged to credit card instead of the one night I stayed. Room and hotel were okay, not great but was relatively clean and comfortable. Some mold or scorch marks on shower curtain .

Summary: While booking I had a personal error. This error had the potential to ruin our complete stay in TN. The management staff at this location was understanding & showed grace with my needs. The room was clean and parking adequate. Will stay here again and highly recommend to anyone that’s in town for a quick stop.
