Summary: Was told that my reservation was cancelled but I never cancelled the night front desk guy was very helpful but it was annoying that their was problems with our reservation and also the roo was good except for the AC wasn't working to well and was making a very loud and annoying noise

Summary: Room was clean, sheets had a light stain on them, reserved double queen checked in and room was a single queen. Lady at front desk was great and was able to find us a room with 2 beds, overall decent place to stay

Summary: My arrival here was due to a sudden closure of I-70 which resulted in many travelers to be immediately diverted from the interstate and seeking a place to stay. The check-in process was pleasant in what had the potential for being quite chaotic.
