Summary: On day one of my two-day stay, I asked the cleaning lady NOT to enter my room until after I check out "tomorrow". (They offered no method of indicating "Do Not Disturb"). The next morning, two hours before checkout time, she entered my room while I was getting dressed. How frustrating! Why couldn't she wait? Also, I was overcharged from the TOTAL hotels.com told me I would pay. Otherwise, decent stay.

Summary: The tub looked dirty. I chose not to use it. There was a small hole in the bathroom door. But the bed was comfortable and everything else was fairly clean.

Summary: The deadbolt lock doesnt work. And i was asked why i kept coming back if i was giving them bad reviews., i was told not to come back by the same person that gave me a room that was already occupied. They are not the only place around. Theyve lost one customer.

Summary: It could be cleaner. Towels are almost grey in color, and they are stained. I bring my own linens and pillows. Those pillow are so uncomfortable, my head bounce on them

Summary: I was given a key that doesnt work, had to come back at the fronk desk. The 2nd key worked but the room i was given was occupied. Had to go back again to the front desk. Finally, the 3rd trip worked. It was terrible!
