Positive: Falco unit has two separate bedrooms with king beds in each. Very comfortable sleep for our family of 4. We also enjoyed the oversized patio for outside dining.
Negative: Building is on a very noisy street. We heard lots of yelling in the early morning hours. And it’s a tight squeeze coming out of the parking garage when cars are parked on either side of the street. Nothing the owner can do about these things, but feel it is worth mentioning. We had a minor issue at check-in. Nobody was onsite when we arrived to provide entry into the building/unit. We didn’t have to wait very long, but it wasn’t ideal after having been in the car for hours. We also had a family knocking at the door the morning of our departure. They wanted to come in with all of their luggage, but we were still packing up to leave, with an hour remaining before checkout. I sure hope someone made it over to clean the unit and wash the linens before turning it over!!
Summary: Nice place with friendly owner, but check-in and check-out could have gone smoother.

Positive: Highly recommend this apartment, fully equipped with wonderful roof terrace and an incredible owner. Our flight was delayed and we arrived in Vienna late at night. The key were kept in the safe for us, so there was no problems with late arrival! Moreover, we were welcomed with relaxing atmosphere in the apartment - dim lightning in the living room and on the terrace! That was superb. The atmosphere of the apartment made our stay unforgettable!!! Thanks a lot, will certainly come back!

Positive: Great apartment. Very spacious and beautifully decorated. Very clean and comfortable. I was a little nervous about the apartment not having air conditioning but it was really fine. We were there at the end of July and didn’t feel the need for air conditioning. (And we’re from Florida so we live in the AC). Very good location, walking distance to train station. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this apartment.
Negative: The only thing I would add is maybe having napkins or paper towels in the kitchen and maybe a shower curtain for the bathtub so it’s not completely open.
Summary: Beautiful apartment in a great location.

Positive: Good location and spacious. Two bedrooms with good sized beds
Negative: The property claims to be air conditioned but it isn’t. So our stay was a bit uncomfortable and when we asked for fans we got only one. The kitchen can be equipped with some kitchen rolls and some additional accessories so we did feel it was a bit basic for the money that we spent.

Positive: Modern, clean, safe, well furnished and quite area. Easy access and early check in appreciated. Close to all amenities, transport and airport transfer. Would stay in again and would recommend.
Negative: Only items we might have used that unit didn't have were a washing machine and ironing board (but there was an iron)
