Positive: We have stayed here before, usually we get the one upstairs and this time we got the flat downstairs, very spacious, well furnished, WiFi and international tv channels. It can comfortably fit a family of 3/4 people! The hosts were friendly and even came personally to check on us since we had a little mishap with the check in. Lovely position, in spring and summer you could enjoy the garden too!
Negative: We expected a little more attention to the overall cleanliness considering the price, there were cobwebs around the house, some of the drawers in the kitchen were full of crumbs , dishes needed washing etc. Good overall, would deserve a little more attention to details to deserve a perfect rating.
Summary: Spacious and cosy, almost perfect.

Positive: This is for the upper level. Location was good. Spacious with very nice kitchen area. Ample parking. Full bathroom was very nice. There was also a half bath which was not anticipated nor seen on the description. In addition to the washer there was also a dryer which was a nice surprise. Soap was provided.
Negative: The layout was not as anticipated. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 with a queen bed and 1 with 2 twin beds. The 3rd room was not a bedroom and offered no privacy as it was created out of the dining area and shared a half-wall with the living area. It consisted of 2 twin beds situated next to the dining table which ultimately served as a large, multi-purpose shelf given the lack of closet space. There were small elevations in the flooring at entrance points (in doorways) which were both a trip hazard and pretty painful. Limited towels and bedding. Of note, on the first day (we stayed for over 1 week) we requested additional towels and blankets but the request was never answered. The laundry facilities were located outside and shared with the tenants on the lower level and the property owner. Daily breakfast was advertised, however it was not initially clear how that was to be provided. The owner was slow to respond and clarify resulting in us providing for ourselves for the first half of the stay. (How it works is she brings breakfast items such as yogurt, bread, cheese etc which she leaves at the door. Any unused food is left and is available to the next occupants. When you run out of food you message the owner to bring more).
