Positive: The check-in and check out process was smooth. Lovely country atmosphere. I awoke to the sound of birds singing outside my balcong door. The buffet breakfast included with the room was lovely. (Fruit, toast, yogurt, eggs, meat, fresh baked muffins and pretzel buns). While I didn't have any food restrictions, I witnessed some very accomodating people taking care of other guests. As I was leaving I was given some great directions to travel the scenic route to my next destination. Would definitely recommend.

Positive: Staff was super friendly and helpful. Location of beautiful.
Negative: It has no air conditioning and internet in my room was very weak. It was dropping in and out. I was told my room is at the far end so expect weak signal. One move was warm and without air conditioning it was difficult to sleep.
Summary: Great host, great location. Lacking modern facilities.

Positive: Beautiful quaint spot out in the country. Rooms are cozy. Very clean. Good selection for breakfast. Lots to choose from. Cant wait to come back again when it's the warmer weather to explore more. The owner Barb is fabulous!!

Positive: The property is very serene and hosts were very welcoming! We didn't get a chance to eat at the restaurant (closed Tuesdays), however the breakfast was fantastic. Since the restaurant was closed the night of our stay it may have been more quiet than usual, but it was really nice to be able to relax in peace. If needed, the wi-fi was very good. The nearby provincial park and wharf are lovely.

Positive: There was nothing we didn't like about the Edelweiss Inn! We booked a suite which was cozy and comfortable. The inn is beautiful with lots of personal touches. Barbara, our hostess, provided a delicious FULL breakfast each morning. (and even a special concert one morning!) We ate in the restaurant 2 evenings, and were blown away by the food. Yes, we put on a few pounds here! The property has paths that are wonderful to walk around, The view of the Bay of Fundy and the sunsets were spectacular. Close enough to every place we wanted to visit (Digby, Annapolis Royal, Hart's Harbor, etc.) but far enough away that we were undisturbed by noise, traffic, etc. Perfect place! Cannot wait to come back!
Negative: The only thing that would have made it perfect was if the weather had been nicer - but once we entered the Inn, the outside didn't matter. And, they have no control over the weather. NO COMPLAINTS, NO NEGATIVES! This place is a gem!
Summary: This was the perfect place to stay to end our vacation. We didn't want to leave!
