Positive: Helpful and friendly staff in various way, very good breakfast with wide variety and quality, jacuzzi facility upon reservation available, rooms were clean
Negative: It doesn't have elevator lift which can be tricky if you have heavy luggage but it's understandable given the structure of the property. Not a big deal.

Positive: It was a wonderful three day stay at Edelweiss. Big size room. Very clean room and bathroom. The back view of the room was very good. Calm area. The staff is very polite. Nice Breakfast. Wilderswil station is 3 minutes walking.
