Positive: I thought the decor was great, it looked quite luxurious. I can imagine it would be great for big parties and weddings with fab roof area.

Negative: There were some things that weren’t finished and some maintenance. Such as it needed a curtain on the door so people can’t see straight in. The food wasn’t great but it may be that it was due to being quiet. It was the usual tagline but not in a tagline pot so nothing to keep it warm. Perhaps made next door?

Positive: We stayed here for one night on our way from Marrakech to the mountains, a little bit hard to find the way and there is nothing else (restaurants etc) around but the hotel is really beautiful and peaceful and the staff was super friendly. They cooked traditional tagine for dinner and served a nice breakfast.

They were exceptionally polite and warm, always ready to assist with a smile. We were only able to stay for one night, our experience was unforgotable. We would highly recommend Eden to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway or a peaceful place to unwind after a long trip.

Negative: Google Maps shows the wrong access road to the facility.

Positive: I liked the amazing customer service that Abdelilah provided for me. He was very attentive and kind. I also loved having the pool. I they also provided laundry service for me which I was very thank ful for.

Negative: There wasn't anything that I didn't like.

Summary: Relaxing poolside hotel with excellent customer service and adorable fury babies roaming the property to play with.
