Positive: Staff were excellent and very helpful, views are awesome. Laundry had a quick turnaround (same day). Try out breakfast and dinner with superb lakeside views. And top it off with great wine.
Negative: The spa was underwhelming. Decent sauna - which is what I want - but that is about it. The Scottish Shower (whatever that is!) needs addressing since it does not seem to work. Should be more drinking water made available to guests; the tap water (even from the kitchen) is full of chlorine.
Summary: Delighted with choice, especially if you have rental car or transport.

Negative: Perhaps better use of available space as it was large enough suite but not really sure the furniture matched (could have used a coffee table and some chairs).
