Summary: Bright, spacious house in a beautful village. Very clean and airy house with big garden that's ideal for kids to play in. The hosts are the friendliest you could hope for and made us very welcome. The local area is beautiful and the house is about 10 mins drive from a supermarket, 15 mins from a good outdoor swimming pool. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend.

Summary: Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön und geräumig. Auch bei voller Belegung hat man sowohl drinnen als auch draußen mit eigenem Garten und schöner Terrasse sehr viel Platz. Die Ausstattung entspricht der Beschreibung, es gibt alles was man braucht (keine Waschmaschine). Alles ist sehr sauber und in gutem Zustand. Gut für Familien geeignet, man kann auch mal etwas lauter sein. Es gibt viele nahegelegene Attraktionen, teils fußläufig. Die Vermieter sind äußerst sympathisch! Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!

Summary: Perfekt und durchdacht ausgestattetes kinderfreundliches Haus in ruhiger Top-Lage mit extrem freundlichen, kompetenten und serviceorientierten Gastgebern Die Lage ist bestens geeignet zum Wandern, Radfahren und Baden. Es gibt viele sehr gut ausgestattete Freibäder und bayerische Biergärten in der Umgebung. Regensburg, Landshut und Passau sind alsTagesausflug innerhalb 1 Stunde erreichbar.

Summary: Ein wunderschönes Anwesen mit einem traumhaft gepflegten großen Garten. Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Unsere Enkelin stürzte sich gleich aufs Spielhäuschen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt. Die Gastfreundschaft wird groß geschrieben. Fühlten uns rund um wohl und konnten die Woche sehr genießen. Die große Terrasse wurde schon zum Frühstück genutzt die mit einer tollen Markise bestückt ist. Werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Summary: Als gezin met 2 volwassen kinderen bij de familie Ederer te gast geweest. We voelden ons erg welkom en hebben een prima tijd gehad. M. is erg vriendelijk en neemt alle tijd voor je, om de gang van zaken uit te leggen. De woning is erg groot, 3 fatsoenlijke slaapkamers en 1 kleinere met stapelbed. Garage (met afstandsbediening) staat tot je beschikking. Mocht het regenen, kun je droog naar binnen. Ook de tuin is erg ruim en de woning ligt aan een rustige weg.

Summary: Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Schon bei der Ankunft ist Frau Ederer sehr freundlich und lässt einen gut in den Urlaub starten. Der Garten ist mega klasse, neben dem Grill, einem großen Kirschbaum gibt es auch viele Spieleerlebnisse für Kinder. Wir haben unsere Zeit genossen und würden sofort wiederkommen.
