Summary: This is a no-frills but perfect hotel in The Heights. The room isn't large, but big enough. The toiletries were great. The maid service was especially good. I felt safe staying by myself in a big city in this hotel. The Staff is very friendly. Good shower. My only wish was that the room had a refrigerator. We will stay here a few times each year.

Summary: I really enjoyed my stay at Edge Hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice. The view was amazing! I slept like a baby the entire time I was there. The only time I heard anything outside was when I opened my window. I'll definitely be back next time I visit my brother in NYC.

Summary: The place was very clean, and staffs were very friendly and helpful. The location is great just a very short walk to the A line station, and takes 20 minutes to get to lower village.

Summary: This was a great stay for me and my family the staff was very nice helpful and very friendly.. i would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a good quiet place to relax.. and i love that everything is so close to get to.

Summary: As a frequent visitor to NYC, I have become increasingly annoyed by the prices of Manhattan hotels. So I took a chance on one up on 168th Street - and it turned out to be a good call ! Easy to find, next to Presbyterian Hospital, simple, clean, quiet and very comfortable. Very basic, but everything I want for a 1-2 day visit : comfy Queen bed, large shower with power & truly hot water, good reception on the large screen TV, quiet and calm day & night (on a Saturday !), good elevators… My only qualm was when the A train (Express) was running local - doubled my travel time from Midtown. BUT when the Express train is on schedule, very quick ride up to “the Heights”. Staff was minimal (one guy) but he was super nice and helpful ! I will definitely return.

Summary: Very accommodating staff. Very clean. The double sleeper room is small; when you open the sleeper sofa in the double sleeper room, there is not enough space at the foot of the sleeper bed to allow a walker or rollator to pass through. So if you are accompanying a person with accessibility needs, be aware you will need more space.
