Summary: I wish I could remember the front desk man’s name. He was so personable and helpful. He greeted us by name everytime. He loaned us an umbrella for our stay. Always asked if we needed anything. He exemplifies customer service and I am just sorry I can’t tell you his name. He is truly an asset to the hotel. The convenience to the subway was great. We loved having a keurig in our room too. Housekeeping did a great job servicing our room. The bottle of wine was the icing on the cake. Thanks

Summary: Loved this location and its very friendly staff. Our room was cozy (expected for NYC), but very clean and comfortable. We are definitely looking to return here for future visits to NYC!

Summary: Staff is beyond super wonderful but rooms are so tiny and doesn't help that there is no luggage rack nor comfortable chair. And you have to be at least 5'5" to stretch to reach rhe hangars in closet. No network channels (or too hard to find them)

Summary: Checked in for an early morning medical appointment at the hospital the next morning. Staff was friendly and professional. Room was quiet and renovated. Bath could use better cleaning attention. Bed was not very comfortable and moved (rocked) and the air conditioning system was difficult to navigate for this guest. A solid 3 stars. Price was one factor as well.

Summary: The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and it was all clean and new. The only reason I’m giving it 3 stars is because my last night there a couple was fighting, arguing and throwing stuff around in the hallway at midnight to the point where I felt unsafe. The front desk refused to kick these people out when I called. It got to the point where I had to call the cops, who were there in less than 5 minutes. It was a domestic dispute but I got no sleep that night and they wouldn’t kick the couple out even though they broke property and disturbed everyone on that floor for a couple hours in the middle of the night. The manager did call and apologize the next day and refunded me one night out of my five night stay but I just don’t know if I’d go back. It’s too bad because my daughter just moved to the neighborhood and that is supposed to be the best hotel around there.

Summary: Great service, Super clean and comfortable room! The prize is very reasonable in compared to other locations in manhattan but you need to remember this location is not as close to downtown as you might want specially if you want to go out at night still price is completely fair since the subway station is 1 block away from the hotel, you have a starbucks nearby, ect. The neighboorhood though is not as pretty or friendly as I thought. I wouldn't feel comfortable walking around at night specially being a woman. If you're on a budget this is one of the best options out there though for sure.
