Summary: Family of 8 stayed with plenty of room in the 3Bedroom villa. Tons of pools. We had our main to ourselves most days.

Positive: Absolutely everything was wonderful here. Every bit of the staff are super friendly and professional. The facility is clean and well maintained throughout the resort. Check in and check out is very easy and not complicated at all. I’ve been staying here for many years and will never try another hotel in pcb again.

Negative: Booking and getting in was an absolute nightmare. They canceled our original reservation leaving us with no room for the night with a 2 year old on the streets for hours trying to figure it out and still was turned away. We had to pay double for 2 nights then what I was going to pay for 3. Absolutely horrible experience.

Positive: Edgewater pool and access to the beach was great. The onsight restaurant was amazing.
Negative: The unit we stayed in was not very clean, it was outdated and the beds were the most uncomfortable my husband and I have ever slept in. We might as well have slept on the hard floor. None of the bedroom or bathroom doors had locks on them, the balcony door did not lock and the entry door had no interior lock. For a family traveling with small children it is very unsafe.
