Summary: The room was very clean and the desk staff professional and welcoming. The room itself was very dated, there were minimal amenities- no shampoo, no hair dryer, the TV didn’t work and there were no extra blankets.

Summary: -Kitchen needed attention - aluminum pans dirty, needed to be changed; preparation area streaky. -No spare roll of toilet paper. Couldn’t get heat. Cold. Needed more covers on bed. Woke up at night, cold. Needed socks and jacket. - receptionist friendly, told us how to lock door. Unable to help with getting TV to work. -clean but needs upgrading.
