Positive: Location was good, we would take Uber and get to historic center in 15-20minutes.
Negative: Apartment needs remodeling. Grout of floor has a mixture of gray and white , shower of what may have been main bedroom is not nice and needs deep cleaning and cauling and walls under sink are destroyed. It is clear people who have rented the place have destroyed it, but owner should invest a little money to bring it up to decent conditions.
