Summary: Our couple getaway was great! We had a perfect relaxing stay in our king suite with a kitchenette and tons of space! Room was very clean, beds were super comfy with many pillow options. Pool and hotub area were well used and could use a bit more cleaning. But overall, our stay was perfect and Very well priced! We will be back for sure !

Summary: The customer service was fantastic! Hotel is clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was the best we have had in a long time. Lots of variety. Amenities were nice. Nice to have the restaurant on site as well. Our beds were a little on the soft side for our liking, otherwise, Nothing negative to say! We will definitely be going back on our next visit!

Summary: Hotel is quite tired. From entering main lobby one can see the carpets are ripped and decor is aged. Somehow the corridors are very dim which makes the decor seem dark and uncomfortable the room is of good size but everything is very low, counter top, toilet, chair by the desk are al very low. I’m an average height female at 5f4in. And I felt everything is lower than standard. The cleaning staff is inconsistent with distribution of towels; sometimes we have al the sets of 3sizes towels sometimes 2. The towels are of good quality though. The room is not dusted. Or can actually see the dust al around the microwave, night stand top, shelves etc. there are no USC outlet either. The shower is very funny with a top shower head and two parallel shower heads in the middle that also shed water. It’s ok for adults but if I were 5 feet tall or shorter those mid height shower heads will be shedding water right at my face with no where to avoid. Breakfast was ok. Coffee is exceptional good and always hot. Staff is courteous. Will I return to this hotel? Its location is very convenient although it’s right in the middle of an industrial area. Unless I see proof of renovations, we most likely will not consider returning.

Summary: Had a good stay, but location is a bit on the outskirts and is more on the industrial side which tends to be abit of a drive to get around the city. Hotel is beautiful though! Very well kept, appealing, nice furnishings, visually pleasing environment and atmosphere. Had some issues with checking in, my reservation wasn’t yet processed by hotel staff. The front desk clerk was new to her role, so it took a little while, but I was patient. She still did amazing !! Hotel layout can be a little confusing, elevator doors was abit of a walk from the front desk, and I had a hard time finding the elevator. Tons of parking spaces! I liked that I was able to keep an eye on my vehicle from my hotel window. Room was very nice, clean, and had lots of lighting. Very spacious and everything was newly updated and very modern. The shower head had many different modes and features that were cool! I would stay here again, considering all the hotel amenities and guest experience while staying here. They have great rates !!!

Summary: Overall our stay was amazing! Love the hot tub and the steam room! The only thing I would say is that they don’t want you to bring towels down from the room but the towels are always empty at the pool. Also we paid for the room with robes, asked to make sure there were robes. Was told there were for sure robes but got there and there was only 1 robe. The front desk did quickly get us one, when requested to have one brought to the pool.The wait staff in the small pub is always amazing. As always the free breakfast you get is basic, it’s not bad but it’s not great. I feel like there could be stuff out out to make the eggs better( like chopped onions, cheese, chopped tomatoes in the salad bar area for people who like flavour in their eggs) maybe bacon sometimes instead of always sausage. But it’s always hot and again the people attending the breakfast area, are super friendly and nice. The other thing we find is that there is never any towels in the workout room or cups for water. We do love coming here and always love the amenities the hotel has to offer. I feel like it would be an exceptional stay if these little tweaks were made. But for the price and free parking you can’t go wrong staying at this hotel!

Summary: We have stayed here few times its clean ,gave us a free upgrade however we found the breakfast has gone down hill and biggest pet peeve is should never have jars of peanutbutter and jam thay everyone is putting their hands in them should have individual packs i never seen this in any other hotel before..its very grosse ..need to change this

Summary: PROS: nicely warm pool water, hot tub is warm and clean, great breakfast selection, friendly staff, clean room and bathroom, wonderful outdoor patio, nice hotel lobby. CONS: west facing rooms look at an unattractive industrial yard, windows do not open, the room doesn’t have a single utensil or kettle, the TV is tiny, the pool needs a clock, the pool ceiling is peeling as is the caulking around the pool - all easy fixe, hot tub timer needs replacing as it doesn’t work in all timer settings.
