Negative: We received an email from them on booking saying there was a wedding that weekend it would be busy and a bit noisy just as you would expect we had no problem with that they went on to say that the rooms above the wedding hall would be used for the guests attending we found out on arriving back at 10pm we were directly above the band room 43 it was like they were playing in our room then emptied the bottles into yhe bottle bins 3 times directly below our window then at 630 am the staff were shuffling tables about setting up 4 breakfast had we been placed elsewhere as they said none of this would have been a problem john king ps the hotel was fine apart from this

Positive: Great location, River view room was very nice great We arrived early, and we could wait in the bar, only to find absolutely no products available on draught, and were told they had been very busy

Negative: We booked this Hotel because it had an EV charger to charge our car, for our return journey home. On arrival at 2pm the charger did not work, and did not work during our stay, all the receptionist could say was sorry they did not know about it So no car charger and no draught products in the bar, on a Saturday during a Bank Holiday

Positive: The hotel building, setting and room were impressive.

Negative: The staff really struggled and their systems didn't seem to work. The dinner reservation had been lost somehow and we got messed about trying to remake one. We got ignored and had to chase the staff for everything. Our meals took forever - they'd clearly forgotten and they then had to be reminded we didn't have cutlery. They tried to overcharge us for our meal as well. Luckily we were paying attention.
