Positive: Joanne was lovely to communicate with, very prompt and helpful. The apartment is above the double garage at the family house, there is a separate entrance upstairs to the side of the house with a code locked door. The apartment is very clean and contains everything you'd need for your stay. The bed is very comfortable and the snacks, chocolates and extensive tea/coffee range was much appreciated. I was attending a sporting event nearby at Valentine Park which is literally just up the street, it was great to be able to walk to and from the event. I enjoyed my stay and would not hesitate to book again. Thanks
Negative: As the apartment is located above the garage you do hear a bit of noise when the garage door is being used, however this was not often and did not bother me. Also the blinds do not block out the sunlight so the apartment gets light early.

Positive: Really lovely and functional. Temperature great. All felt new/recently renovated. Very well kept up, even stocked up with sweets and crackers and of course coffee and spices/sugar/salt/pepper. And water in the fridge and milk! Excellent communication. Very easy everything. Free on-street parking without restrictions. Up several steps which we were told by friends was a plus: snakes and bugs don’t like going up that height and this worked for us! Added bonus: brightly coloured parrots in the back garden. Very nice neighbourhood, near shops, market, supermarkets, gas station and restaurants (mind you we had a car). There was a bus running so seems well connected for people with alternative plans.
