Summary: Close to Ithica and Cornell this clean, complete basement apartment has everything we needed: fully furnished kitchen, comfortable seating area, Queen bed, and soaking tub. While there is no window, the air conditioner/fan keeps the air moving and fresh. We enjoyed relaxing here after sightseeg and slept soundly in this quiet cacoon.

Summary: Was a great little place for me , my son and his friend. The owners gave us our privacy, we didn't even meet them, it was like having our own place. Everything was easy, clean and just perfect. Close to Ithica, bike paths, waterfalls etc.
