Summary: Great staff, nice rooms, clean and quiet. Not close to centro and parking near the center of Ancona is much like anywhere in Italy - awful. So take a cab into town definitely too far to walk. Breakfast in hotel is best we have had in Italy in 3 weeks, bravo!!

Summary: Always excellent. Staff are wonderful and authentically kind and helpful. Spa perfection in stress management! Area steeped in history. We love it here and have been returning for years. Highly recommended.

Summary: The staff we friendly and efficient. The hotel is very comfortable with large rooms and a wonderful buffet breakfast. The AC in the rooms is limited to 21 degrees (it never managed under 23!) which is annoying. Its not cool enough in the hot weather. Hotel was great for a passing through stop over but a car is definately required here.

Summary: Not worth the price, the relation with the quality is very low, we booked the suite and it was a big disappointment. The cleanliness very low the bathtub with a joke pressure so we could not use it because after it was never filled and the water was already cold. The breakfast was bad.
