Summary: Amazing hostel.. the scenery from the hostel was breath-taking. Staff was extremely helpful. Top notch breakfast in the morning. Clean restroom and kitchen. Overall, excellent spot for bag packers and solo travelers. You get to meet friendly people from all over the world. However, I don’t think I would stay there with family.

Summary: Nice place with great staff. A bit pricey for a hostel bed but location and breakfast in the morning kind of makes up for it. Facilities are great although showers could be updated. All in all good spot.

Summary: Too expensive for what it is. It was old, not that clean and we had to wait until the very last minute before 15PM to have our room. You also have to go all the way down to take a shower.

Summary: Very good view from our bedroom window which I liked best. Second, it offers very good breakfast. Location is very convenient. The only thing not good is no private bathroom. Overall the stay is very good experience.

Summary: The reception folks were very courteous and helpful. I liked the access to the train station, bus as well as for the cable car from this lodge. I was pleased to find out that we can take the local bus (121,122) for free within the Grindelwald. Overall, it was a pleasant stay!!!!
