Positive: Location is fantastic, our mountain view room overlooks 3 major peaks in grindelwald. The room comes with a filled mini bar with water beer and juice that is refilled daily, a great addition to the room. The facilities in the room felt very new and the cabin details made it feel very cozy. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the free breakfast quality was great for hotel breakfast buffet that never ran out of food.
Negative: The only downside is that the bed got very warm throughout the evening, and there’s no air circulation in the room unless you open the balcony door

Positive: Tje view from the balcony was amazing. also I forgot my bikini at the hotel. They found it and sent it to my home so quickly. Also, all the responses were so quick, and it was awesome. All the stuff was friendly, especially the reception 🥰 sauna was really comfortable, and I loved it.
Negative: second pillow has a Option to choose hard and soft.....but its not necessary to have 2 type of pillow

Positive: Our stay was great! The hotel staff were extremely welcoming and very helpful! They always treat you with a smile and really made our stay memorable. The rooms are spacious with a great view! Breakfast was great, one of the best we had during our stay in Switzerland. They also serve great cheese fondue in their restaurant. 100% recommend staying there especially if your a family with kids!
