Positive: A beautiful apartment with modern equipment, two bedrooms, one has no windows but has a ceiling ventilator, so no problem. The other bedroom has a window with a mosquito net which is useful in the summer. The kitchen has a stove and a kettle and there is a washing machine which we used. There is a large tv, too. The place is very clean. Owners live upstairs so in case of any problem they are ready to help. We enjoyed our stay very much! The street is being reconstructed right now, so when they finish it will have a brand new asfalt pavement. But it is still accessible by car, no problem there. Overall, I highly recommend to stay here if you travel to Goris. :-)

Negative: Road work being done roads were ripped up in front of property. Power was out for awhile.

Positive: There's everything you may need in very good conditions. The staff is awesome. Gevorg treated me like a brother since the first day and he gave me homemade gata (delicious Armenian traditional sweet) on the last day. He was always very responsive to my messages. I came during low season and he even offered me to stay one more day for free, which I couldn't reject given the treatment and the amazing surroundings in Goris. Most of the hikes start from the southern part of the city and the location of this apartment is great. There are also some grocery stores nearby and restaurants aren't far (5-7 minutes walking). Can't wait to come back next year in spring or summer.

Negative: There's no A/C installed so I can't say how it will be in summer.
