Positive: The attentive staff, I arrived later but they checked me in and then had dinner waiting for me. It was so nice and not what I expected at all. The room was lovely with a balcony right on the water. The yoga teacher was excellent and was mindful of alignment and pushed me to reach the edge of my capabilities. It was a great experience.

Negative: The hot water in the shower was tricky. I couldn't seem to get the hot water to work consistently.

Positive: Ekaanta was a nice hotel to stay in when visiting Haridwar. I love every morning waking up to the view of the Ganges. It was a very tranquil and peaceful site. The hotel was not too far away from Har Ki Puri, Mansa Devi, and Chandi temple. Overall, my room was comfortable and clean. I also appreciated how helpful the staff were to me. The breakfast was delicious and I enjoyed going to the Ganga Aarti and bhajans the temple had every evening.

Negative: Surrounding the hotel there are not much restaurants around the area so you will have to walk or take a rickshaw to the main road to get other food options if you want something different from the hotel food.

Negative: Size of the room was a single room almost like a cave. No breathing space at all. Very less staff. Not worth the super high tarrif
