Summary: Incredible family friendly experience. Water park is great. Palomino island is accessible and fun. Great Parrots and a fun quest for kids to explore and learn about the hotel. It is massive but the experience is worth it.

Summary: Overall stay was largely positive. The property offers a lot of dining options and a ton of amenities (loved the private island). A few staff members were friendly, but I was treated rudely and unwelcome at the security gate and didn’t receive a warm greeting at the front desk. We had just stayed at two other San Juan-based resorts and had very welcoming experiences, so this felt disappointing. The property has a luxurious feel with incredible views.

Summary: Really awesome property with amazing views and really nice common areas. The water park is compact but perfect with enough tubes and no/very short lines for the three slides. The boat ride to Palomino Island is a highlight. The pool and restaurants all have picturesque views. Will come back, the kids loved it.

Summary: Our rooms were in the Marina. It was an issue with roaches inside the rooms. The restaurants prices were above the avarage and the quality were below expectation.

Summary: We stayed at the Marina rooms. The hotel is spectacular, recently renovated, and in impeccable condition. The gardens are beautiful. Breakfast at the Ventanas restaurant is very good and Angel at the omelet station will highlight your day. The magnificent pools, the funicular, the great personal care products, the private beach at Palomino Island, the ocean views from anywhere in the hotel, and the many restaurant options at the property will make your stay very enjoyable. There is a water park within the property too. A great place to stay in the Beautiful Puerto Rico.

Summary: The Hotel is gorgeous and the Coqui Waterpark is excellent and safe entertainment for kids. Ventanas Restaurant is delicious for Dinner and a cost effective alternative for breakfast!!!
