Positive: + very quiet area (not many tourists in the area) + amazing view + good breakfast + the hotel itself is very nice, clean, safe (access through code) + room size is ok - if you are coming just to stay overnight, the bathroom is a bit tiny but sufficient + accommodation was perfect (the service provided was a different story unfortunatelly) + all communication is done through a central agent over WhatsApp - which was super smooth, however, the agent unfortunatelly cannot help us to solve the problems (as sweet as she was) + 10 m away from the access to the harbor/sea, 400m away from the swimming area (beach)
Negative: - although the accommodation itself was amazing, the service along was very bad: - at the day of arrival, we received code to enter the building, but didnt receive the code to enter our room (we have been waiting on a call 'on hold' for over 10-20 minutes in front of our room until someone picked up and gave us the right code) - we asked prior our departure, to have twin beds ready (as I was traveling with my parent) -> we can to 1 shared bed with 1 blanket only (this has been changed for next day after claiming it with the agent); - we have been provided with 2 towels each with direction if we throw away towels on the floor, they would be replaced -> this didn't happened, althought we requested to add the towel, even after 2 days we kept having only 1 towel per person, last day the bathroom mat was not even changed - bathroom sink was not cleaned during our stay at all (we stayed a week) - as we had to travel early in the morning, we requested (3 days in advance) to have 'grab bag-breakfast' ready either the night before or the day of departure (at 6am) - althought, it was all confirmed by the agent that everything would be ready, we have never received the breakfast the evening before, not at the day of departure (which meant we had to travel hungry as at 6am most of the shops were still closed) - as much as I appreciated the WhatsApp group where I could raise all the issues, the fact that there was nobody present at the reception was very inconvenient for us

Positive: Clean, location is good and staff are super nice! The door codes being texted to me made it all feel easy as well
Negative: This was my own fault but I didn’t realise my room wouldn’t have a balcony and was quite disappointed, so would really recommend double checking this

Positive: The location is amazing. Really nice view from the window or balcony.
Negative: I liked everything, maybe small things to improve-the towell dryer in the bathroom doesn't work, and the duvet cover for bed is a bit too small for that duvet,but this doesn't change my opinion about this place. All was good.

Positive: I liked the location however I was put in a room with no balcony as advertised.
Negative: I did not like my room as there was no balcony and only a disabled washroom. I was also not told where to go for breakfast so I missed out on that too.
Summary: Would not stay again unless I had balcony room.
