Summary: The property is large so you have to take a golf cart everywhere which was inconvenient but they were relatively quick getting to you. Our room wouldn't cool below 72 no matter which buttons we pressed and it was hot. There were mosquitos everywhere in the room even though we didn't keep the doors open. The service was kinda slow but the drinks were REALLY good! Food was also better than other all inclusive that I've been to. The kids club was small and free for one hour but my son was the only one in there so it was great for him and spending an hour there. Check in is 4PM and check out is 10AM which is earlier than most properties and you can only use the amenities until 12PM so sucks if you have a later flight. We used valet which was an extra $12 a day, we got out of the car on arrival and no one moved from their positions to help us?! Lol first time that's happened. No Ubers allowed on property, not a problem for us since we had a car but the walk to the end of the property would be long if you're using Uber. Bonus was that you could eat at some restaurants on the Marina with your AI.

Summary: This resort is amazing. My family had a great time and hope to come back in the future. The only issue I had was at check in. I was told my 16 year old should have been charged at the adult rate. I booked on Hotels.com, it asked the age of my minor on the travel dates. I booked everything with correct information on to be charged $500 additional for my child to have access to the all-inclusive perk. I believe after 13 your kid is considered an adult. Be aware of this before booking.

Summary: This was my 2nd time at this property and I was excited to bring my daughters for some much needed relaxation and fun. The staff is phenomenal and so helpful. The grounds are beautiful and the views outstanding. Food was good, service was great. The beds and towels are so comfortable, we had an overall fabulous time!

Summary: What surprised us was a “tax” charge upon checkout of over 200 US dollars. We had purchased the all inclusive package, so we are not expecting to have extra charges. Other than that, the hotel was clean and rooms were huge and comfy.

Summary: Food quality was not to standards, could not take food into the rooms. Had to get permission from the restaurant manger to take food into the room. Buffet dinner was Mexican food only for the the entire stay. We both got very sick on the third day of our 7 day stay, ordering room service for food was a disaster - ordered chicken strips with fires, got cheese strips with fries. Almost felt like being treated as second class visitors. We have stayed at other Mexican reosrts - had way better service than this resort. Will never recommend this resort to anyone

Summary: Incredibly clean. Six excellent restaurants for dinner and multiple food service options for breakfast or lunch. Great drinks service poolside with three beautiful pool options with swim up bars. Additional options available at their sister property in the marina area of Cabo with frequent shuttle service between the two. Perfect place to completely relax with no need for planning if you take the all inclusive option. Would absolutely stay at this property again.
